The wait is over – Boston Pizza Renfrew is opening its doors on Monday, Dec. 2.
The restaurant, located in the former Flamingo building on O’Brien Road, was bustling with activity in preparation for opening day.
General manager Shams Kaddoura said finishing touches on the bar were being completed, decorating was being finalized and staff training was in full swing in the days leading up to the grand opening.
The mood at the restaurant? Pumped!

And then, there’s the lounge, set apart from the dining room.
What message does Kaddoura have for those who aren’t familiar with Boston Pizza?
That said, the pizza is actually pretty fantastic, also, she said.
And while it’s almost impossible for Kaddoura to choose a favorite menu item, she does have some suggestions, including a holiday menu item – cranberry cheese dip – and a couple of tried-and-true dishes.
