An individual from Renfrew faces impaired driving charges following a traffic stop on Bank Street South on Saturday.
On Nov. 17, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Renfrew Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle for driving with no headlights and failing to stop at the stop sign.
Officers completed a roadside breath test and charged the 51-year-old with operation while impaired, over 80 and driving without proper headlights.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on Jan. 15.
