Okrah is a 26-year-old black male, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 186 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Currently serving a sentence of 5 years, 11 months, and 20 days, his offenses include robbery with a restricted firearm and aggravated assault.
Okrah is known to frequent areas in Ontario, including Ottawa, Toronto, Durham Region, and Orillia, as well as Laval in Quebec.
