Police in Pembroke are sharing a positive update on a case that stretched across the Ottawa Valley last week.
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP has shared over social media that Sara, a 19-year-old that disappeared from within city limits back on September 28th, is safe after being located over the weekend.
Sara had not been seen or heard from for several days before her family reported her as missing on October 8th.
The OPP would like to thank everyone who shared their appeal for assistance and provided information.
