The Renfrew Wolves started the season on the road last weekend, but all eyes are on their home opener this week.
The Wolves were in Cornwall for the CCHL Showcase but will return to the myFM Centre for their home opener against Brockville at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 21st. The merchandise shop will be open during the game, giving fans a chance to pick up exclusive team gear on day one.
Fans are also encouraged to secure their season tickets right away, offering die-hard Wolves supporters a chance to witness every exciting moment.
This season is set to bring plenty of changes, with President Brent Gould taking the helm, joined by Head Coach Jason Gould and General Manager Jerrett Defazio, bringing fresh strategies and new energy to the ice.
The team tells myFM in a statement that their leadership aims to elevate the Wolves’ performance while maintaining the organization’s core values and community-driven spirit that helps define the team.
Owners Jim and Natalie Seyers are also committed to supporting the team, nurturing local talent, and strengthening ties as a cornerstone within the community.
Gould says that they “want to give back to the community that has supported us so strongly,” adding that “supporting local causes and bringing fans into the heart of our journey is central to everything we do.”
