Here is a quick snapshot of what’s happening around town in the next 48 hours.
March Break runs all week long at the Renfrew Public Library! Space is still open for a number of events and programs happening this week, which you can book for yourself through the library’s website.
Drop by the Renfrew Curling Rink on Xavier Street from 7-10 a.m. on Tuesday to enjoy a hearty breakfast including scrambled eggs, pancakes, peameal bacon and sausage, baked beans, toast, juice/coffee. $10/person. Proceeds to the Renfrew Curling Rink.
The Town of Renfrew hosts a free Seniors and Tots skate at the myFM Centre from 10:00 a.m. to Noon on Tuesday. Don’t forget your skates and helmets!
The Wizard of Pawz will be hosting dog-themed diamond painting this Tuesday from Noon to 5:00 p.m. in support of Valley Animal Rescue. The cost is $30 per person and payment must be received in full to reserve your spot. Payment can be made via e-transfer or by coming into The Wizard of Pawz, 134 Raglan Street South, to pay by cash or card.

LOCAL SPORTS: Support Our Teams!
Don’t forget that Renfrew Minor Soccer is taking registration until March 15th. Players from all age groups should sign-up here as soon as possible to avoid late fees.
Renfrew Minor Baseball will begin regular season registration and their Indoor Spring Training sessions soon, and they need your help to make this season as success! Coaches and umpires are wanted, reach out to renfrewmbaseball@gmail.com or look under the registration tab on their website to get started.
And in Jr. A Hockey : The Renfrew Wolves host the Brockville Braves at the myFM Centre on Wednesday, March 13th. Game time is 7:00 p.m.
