Some say it’s the most important meal of the day and hungry Renfrewites have a brand-new option to start the day off right with the opening of Stacked Pancake and Breakfast House.
After much anticipation, the restaurant opened its doors to the public on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
Owner Niraj Patel said during this soft opening there will be a focus on getting the processes worked out and staff up to speed.
“Even when the construction guys were working people were coming by asking about it,” said Patel. “We’re happy for this community.”
Stacked offers a variety of breakfast and lunch items on the menu.
Stacked Pancake and Breakfast House, open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Sunday, is located at 640 O’Brien Rd., between Mark’s Work Wearhouse and Pet Valu.
