This is one of the times of year the Valley sees a lot of Hallmark movie film crews in production for next year’s crop of Christmas flicks, but Bryan Baeumler’s HGTV crew isn’t one of those.
Inside Ottawa Valley.com reports the reno host will be back in Arnprior for the big reveal at Steelheads and Strikes on Wednesday November 22nd.
They even pepper the article with a little trivia. For instance, did you know the former Arnprior Bowling Centre is the oldest continuously operating bowling lanes in Canada?
No wonder it was chosen for the August renos to be profiled on Baeumler’s, “Bryan’s All In.”
The business is co-owned by Matthew and Alicia Ott, whose entrepreneurial profile also includes Bee Savvy Fine Foods and they acquired the bowling alley in 2022.
Although Baeumler’s crew performed some of the labour, the Otts- with the help of some of their business neighbours, accomplished most of the work- and thanks to an NDA, can’t talk much about it before the camera roll later this month.
A number of things required improving, maintenance and refreshing inside the structure, located at 120 John Street North.
