Even if they stayed open, good luck finding your ball in all the snow.
Renfrew Golf Course General Manager Grieg Burnie has sent a note to members that Monday morning’s snowfall has delayed tee times indefinitely until play can resume.
The announcement comes as the course is expected to close down at the end of the day on Halloween Tuesday, October 31st, so it can undergo a planned deep tine aeration, top dressing, and snow mold application ahead of winter.
Burnie sent out a picture of the now snow-covered course on social media, noting that a lot can change in 24 hours and that their indoor simulators will be open once they finish planned updates.
He adds that they are excited to announce an opening day for the indoor golf season in the near future.
