Today we talk shop with Sharron Richard, a front counter worker at our local Tim Horton’s with over ten years experience making people’s day brighter.
Sharron says her secret to keep a constant flow of good customer service at the O’Brien Road Tim’s is to keep the pace up and read the room. Picking up on customer’s emotions is a skill she claims she wasn’t born with, but developed over the past decade on the job.
Sharron says you never know what the customer might be going through at any given moment, but people always appreciate the little things you can do for them. Whether it’s a smiley face on your coffee lid or a smile and thank you, Sharron goes the extra step to give people a positive interaction to build on for the day.
Her efforts have paid off, as the O’Brien location has received several notes through their online survey mentioning Sharron in a positive light.
