It was Mother Nature’s way of telling Chris Kyte that she took on too much at once.
However, Kyte, the founder of Renfrew Pride, tells myFM the Pride Picnic at Low Square that was rained out on Sunday, June 12th is reset and ready to go for June 26th.
With all the main attractions for the Pride Picnic on board with the new day, Kyte says she’s excited to look further down the calendar. That includes June 25th, when Renfrew Pride founder Chris Kyte tells myFM that they are partnering with Pet Valu for a pet wash and photo booth in support of Valley Animal Rescue.
The event runs at Pet Valu in Renfrew from 10am-2pm on June 25th.
June is Pride Month, and Kyte tells myFM that she is thrilled to be holding events and partnering with businesses. She does add, however, that Renfrew Pride’s work will not be done on July 1st.
Kyte says to expect even more events and celebrations from Renfrew Pride throughout the year.
