The Renfrew County and District Health Unit is confirming a student at Cobden District Public School has tested positive for COVID-19.
The news was shared by the health unit this afternoon (Nov. 17th, 2021).
The RCDHU and local school board are working closely to ensure necessary measures continue to be in place.
Health unit staff are investigating all potential cases and anyone identified as a high risk contact will be notified of their exposure.
The school remains open for in-person learning at this time.
