Ground is being broken, and the excitement continues unabated over the construction of the Lepine Apartment complex in Renfrew.
Reeve Peter Emon gives us the bird’s eye view on how the site will eventually look.
Emon says the Town and the developer are just dotting the eyes and crossing the tees on the project.
The Reeve says ground is being broken today (Thursday, October 1st).
Phase One of the development will be on the northwest corner of the lot, and involves 63 units.
The site is located at 475 Barnet Boulevard, between Scapa Tape and 8th Street.
