Don’t be surprised if you hear explosions and the discharge of weaponry over the coming few days in the Calabogie area. The Canadian Special Operations Forces Command is conducting training in the area from August 15th to 18th. Residents may notice military vehicles and uniformed military personnel in addition to the associated noises. All efforts will be made to keep disruption to a minimum.
