Adapting to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has been the most challenging part of Angela McGregor-Stewart’s career.
The Principal of Opeongo High School has been involved in education for 23 years and has never faced a time like the present. McGregor-Stewart says while things have been difficult, she is extremely proud of her school and the school board for their efforts.
Angela believes her biggest accomplishment has been having a successful career without compromising family time. A strict work-life balance is extremely important to her as a mother of two teenage sons.
Some advice Angela has for the next generation is to always put people before paper and to surround yourself with a great support network.
