It’s not the first, second or even third time local police have charged this individual for stealing a vehicle.
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP say they arrested 21-year-old Colton Clark of no fixed address around 2:00 am Friday morning (June 5th). Clark was charged with impaired driving, driving while prohibited, failure to stop for a peace officer, theft of a motor vehicle along with several credit card related offences and for breaching probation.
The accused has a history with local police as he was arrested back in March of this year (2020) when he stole a car from a home in Petawawa.
He was also arrested in July of 2019 after police recovered a stolen vehicle and found items that were taken from other vehicles.
Going back even further to February of 2019, a Colton Clark was arrested after a vehicle was stolen from Arnprior which was later located in Petawawa.
The accused was held for a bail hearing by video on Friday last week (June 5th).
