Jean Hughes, a single mom with two children, is the owner of Renfrew Printing in downtown Renfrew. Jean grew up in Mississauga, took graphic design at Sheridan in Oakville, advertising in Barrie and upon graduation moved to Toronto to work in a variety of advertising jobs with some of the largest agencies in the world.
Though she was born and raised in the GTA, Jean has Valley roots, her parents are originally from the area and in time, Jean returned to raise her own kids. She lives in Admaston Bromley Township, and prior to purchasing Renfrew Printing following the death of Bill McAdam, Jean actually worked for myFM for several years as an advertising executive.
Jean is an advocate for the downtown core, she was actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and the BIA. Sheʼs also a hockey Mom and when the season is on, she can often be found at the rink.
