One year after the Ottawa Valley’s biggest summer celebration rocked guests through the night, we at myFM are ready to do it all over again.
General Manager Melissa Siegel says Tuesday’s tease of a major announcement was no April Fool’s joke, as the myFM Friends in Low Places Block Party welcomes “Black Tie Affair- The Music of Garth Brooks” to the myFM Centre in Renfrew when the concert makes its return on May 24th.
Siegel says the all-ages show is a perfect fit for the Block Party, which is all about enjoying a little slice of positivity and celebrating the good relationships and experiences we can find close to home.
Last year’s event sold out the main arena inside the myFM Centre, and the expectation is that fans will pack the rink again for another amazing performance to officially kick off summer in the Ottawa Valley.
Siegel also tipped us off about a special pre-sale event happening at locations across Renfrew County on Saturday, April 12th, perfect for those who can’t wait to be part of the excitement.
More pre-sale locations, including in Arnprior, are set to be announced soon, but Siegel says anyone who misses out can still save their spot at the event when tickets officially go on sale for $45 plus tax on April 13th.
Stay tuned and check out the myFM Block Party tab on our website for more details as they become available.
