The Town of Renfrew had to shut down a busy neighbourhood street on Tuesday afternoon thanks to some vital road work.
Harry Street was closed from Joe Avenue to Monroe Avenue for a sanitary service project carried out by the Ontario Clean Water Association, which handles the town’s water and wastewater systems.
The construction has closed the Joe Avenue intersection off to everyone, limiting traffic to local residents through the Munroe Avenue intersection as work continues into Tuesday evening.
The town thanks everyone affected for their patience.
