Valley Eats, a 100% Canadian-owned food delivery service, is expanding its reach into small-town markets across the country. The company is targeting underserved communities that larger delivery services often overlook. By focusing on local businesses, Valley Eats aims to ensure that a larger portion of each order’s revenue stays within the community.
The app operates on a local-first philosophy, partnering with neighborhood restaurants and offering a platform with lower commission fees compared to multinational competitors. Since its launch, Valley Eats has partnered with over 200 restaurants across Eastern Ontario, including towns from the Ottawa Valley (Pembroke), and has processed more than 1.1 million orders.
Valley Eats has gained attention for its reliable service and its role in helping smaller restaurants reach new customers. As the company continues to expand into new regions, Valley Eats aims to show that a local-focused model can be just as scalable as the larger delivery services in metropolitan areas.
