It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that the Bramburger family announces Jamie’s sudden passing on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025 at the age of 58 years.
Jamie Bramburger of Pembroke, beloved husband to Barb (nee MacDonald). Loving father of Jason (Anna) Bramburger of Montreal and Shauna (Jordan) Kathnelson of Petawawa. Proud Papa to Teddy, Crew, Jax & Pepper. Cherished son of Audrey Bramburger (née Lewis) of Alice and the late Franklin “Frank” Bramburger (2020). Predeceased by his brother Arlin Bramburger (1998). Survived by his siblings; Kim (Jim) Silkie of Alice, Tony (Colette) of Alice, Trevor (Julie) Bramburger of Pembroke and brother in-law of Drew (Mary Ann) MacDonald. Dear uncle to Tyler Silkie, Cory (Ashton) Bramburger and Paula Bramburger; great-uncle to Michael & Hayden Bramburger and Madison & Kameron Traversey. Fondly remembered by his extended family, cousins, friends and colleagues.
Visitation will be held at the Pembroke Memorial Centre on Monday, March 17th from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A memorial service for family will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 68 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Tuesday, March 18th at 11:00 a.m.
Colleagues, students, alumni and community members are invited to view the service via live stream at Algonquin College Pembroke, Perth or Ottawa Campus.
