A sudden dip in temperatures could create a slippery ride home for many Ottawa Valley commuters.
Environment Canada has issued a flash freeze warning for the region as temperatures are expected to rapidly drop below the freezing mark, freezing over wet surfaces, pooled water, and slush on local roads and walkways.
The weather agency says to take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
