Some of the marquee events of the Arnprior Optimist Winter Carnival occur on its final day- and it all begins with the Shanty Breakfast at the Nick Smith Centre.
The cost is $3 for kids and $6 adult. It’s on from 7AM to 11AM and the entertainment, by Kyle Fellhaver and Friends is free.
That’s followed immediately by Children’s Activities and games from 11AM to 1PM.
The finale event involves Toner as host, with music provided by DJ Wes Schnob.
