Those in the know will spell Oktoberfest with a “k”.
Colbert says the science to to match the flavour to the season.
Drinking (responsibly) can be fun anytime, but an Oktoberfest gathering has to be some special.
Colbert says October is one month on the calendar, but the art of brewing is a 365 day process each year.
The braumeister toiled in the industry before opening Cold Bear in Arnprior.
Cold Bear Brewing has a workforce whose numbers don’t even total two six packs.
Colbert says Cold Bear is local, and they want to keep it that way.
