Hospice Renfrew wants to change how people think about their final days.
Clinical Service Coordinator, Cindy Stafford, tells us more about “By the Way, Before You Go…”
The event, which is being put on in collaboration with the Renfrew County and Area Palliative Care Network, will feature more than 20 vendors who can help people struggling with end-of-life planning.
That includes palliative and hospice care, dying in the home, legacy and estate planning, last wills and testaments, powers of attorney and substitute decision makers, cremation, aquamation, and organ and tissue donation.
Stafford says not to miss the opportunity to learn, share, and gather information from the experts.
“By the Way, Before You Go…” takes place at the myFM Centre from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. this Friday, September 20th.
