The Ottawa Valley might be feeling the ripple effects of the ongoing LCBO strike.
The White Lake General Store, one of a few LCBO Convenience outlets in the area, has announced that they are restricting sales on their alcohol selection to “ensure that everyone has something to sip on while enjoying their summer.”
Customers will only be able to purchase a limited quantity of bottles, cans, or cases, and will not be able to shop for other households.
The general store understands it is a stressful time for some, but adds that everyone’s in it together. They remind everyone that sharing is caring and ask their clientele to treat fellow shoppers and staff with kindness and respect.
