The Renfrew Wolves are hiring from within as they fill vacant leadership roles ahead of next season.
The team announced on Friday afternoon that Jason Gould is the newest leader of the pack, taking over as head coach.
Gould has spent part of the past four seasons as head coach of the Junior B Timberwolves, most recently steering the team to their first playoff berth since the pandemic last season.
He takes over for former coach and general manager Ryan Leonard, who has joined the Hawkesbury Hawks after being dismissed from his duties in Renfrew in late April.
The Wolves’ Director of Hockey Operations, Brent Gould, is telling fans to “stay tuned” for more exciting news about the team.
