This Wednesday, FREE lunches will be offered at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church on Lisgar Avenue, prepared by students of St Joseph’s Catholic High School and served between 11:30 and 12:30.
Wednesday night is Kids Night in McNab-Braeside! This month’s theme is Mother’s Day! Come out to the John A Gillies Recreation Centre from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and make your mom (or that special someone) a Mother’s Day card. Includes pizza (from PJ’s!) and a drink. Register Here.
The Golden Age Activity Centre hosts a Mother’s Day Dinner this Thursday, May 9th, from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. Drop by for spaghetti, garlic bread and Caesar salad with ice cream cake for dessert. $20 for plate.
Connexions Resource Centre in Shawville is hosting an expressive art journaling seminar with multidisciplinary artist, Michèle Gagnon, this Thursday at 10:00 am inside St-Paul’s Church Hall, 530 rue Main. LOCAL SPORTS: Support Our Teams!
For the month of May Renfrew Prep Basketball will be hosting a weekly Clinics at three different locations throughout the Ottawa Valley. All clinics are focused on individual technique and skills development. Each session is “pay as you go” and the drop in fee is $30/session cash or e-transfer. Renfrew Minor Hockey reminds you that the association’s Annual General Meeting will take place at the myFM Centre May 14th at 7:30 p.m.
