The name’s Living… Community Living, and they have a mission For Your Eyes Only.
It’s Community Living Renfrew County South’s 60th year in operation, and you’re invited to celebrate with them at the Renfrew Armouries on May 10th.
Executive Director Jennifer Lavallee briefs you on the details.
You don’t need a “Goldeneye” for details to see the inspiration behind the “Diamonds are Forever” theme for the event, which ties perfectly in to their continuing support for local adults with intellectual disabilities that dates back to 1964.
2024 has marked a major milestone for Community Living Renfrew County South, who have navigated changes to both their models of care and support, as well as to the broader landscape of health and wellbeing, over the decades while also continuing to stay in talks with the government for funding.
The gala will be hosted by 96.1 myFM’s Jamie Cybulski and feature live music from the Riley New Band. Tickets are $25 each and available in advance at 326 Raglan Street South, Renfrew, or 106 McGonigal Street, Arnprior.
