One of the Ottawa Valley’s most treasured holiday destinations is once again being featured in a Hallmark Christmas movie.
Crews were at Cedar Hill Christmas Tree Farm near Pakenham on Tuesday, April 23, to wrap up filming for Hallmark feature ‘Hocus Pocus Christmas.’
“When the movie is released, watch for our wreath shop (inside and outside), Santa’s sleigh, 6105 John Deere tractor (with Grant driving!), our covered bridge, playground and Neil’s chainsaw carvings!” reads a post on the Cedar Hill Christmas Tree Farm Facebook page.
Cedar Hill has appeared in at least four Hallmark Christmas movies in the past, including: A Cheerful Christmas, A Christmas Scavenger Hunt, Christmas Festival of Ice and The Rooftop Christmas Tree.
Pakenham’s famous Five-Span Bridge is also being used by film crews and will be temporarily closed three times this week.
