You know that Ottawa Valley road you always avoid, for fear of popping a tire on a cavernous pothole or tearing the undercarriage of your vehicle, now is the time to tell the world about it.
The annual CAA Worst Roads campaign is back and voting wraps up at midnight tonight (April 19) so get your suggestions in.
Since its inception in 2003, the Worst Roads campaign has been a platform for Ontarians to nominate and vote for roads they believe need urgent attention. The information goes directly to municipalities.
Along with potholes, issues can include congestion, poor traffic light timing, signage, pedestrian and cyclist safety.
Residents can vote on the worst roads in their local area. By the end of the campaign, a list of 10 roads will be released, as well as a series of regional lists that present the top five worst roads in 10 regions across the province.
