Not to jinx it, but we are already into uncharted territory for Renfrew Victoria Hospital’s Catch the Ace Lottery 5 Take Two.
Keeping in mind that the first attempt at Catch the Ace 5 was cut short after just two weeks, you could hear the relief from onlookers as RVH Foundation Executive Director Patti Dillabough checked the winning envelope for Week Two of Take Two last week.
The non-jackpot win had a second reason for Dillabough and the RVH Foundation to celebrate: the weekly winner purchased his ticket through their brand new online portal.
Clarence St. Amour of Beachburg walks away with $1393 for his effort, while Week Three ticket sales are expected to bring the progressive jackpot to over $12,000 heading into their next prize draw this Thursday evening.
That adds up to more money raised for the #EquipRVH campaign.
Tickets are still $5 each and available by dropping into a number of Renfrew and area businesses and organizations, as well as online, ahead of the 6:00 p.m. draw streamed live on the RVH Foundation Facebook on Thursday, April 4th.
