Here is a quick snapshot of what’s happening around town in the next 48 hours.
The Art Factory latest exhibit, “Must Be Nice,” continues its run this week. Featuring 12 talented artists with over 140 works on display at their 11 Bridge St. studio Wednesdays through Saturdays up until April 20th.
The Neat Coffee Shop, 1715 Calabogie Rd in Burnstown, presents a live night of music from The Sheepdogs, Monday night at 8:00 p.m.! Tickets are standing room only at $99 each. Tickets are limited, but please check in as many times they have a waiting list of guests who want to come to the show and could not get tickets.
Ottawa Valley Biz Connect hosts it’s monthly Breakfast networking event this Tuesday from 8-9 a.m. at the Bonnechere Bakery and Bistro, 258 Raglan ST. S. Renfrew. All biz peeps invited! Come out and mingle and learn about other businesses in our community!
Manitou Bistro on Raglan Street welcomes Chef Ling to film his across Canada cooking series this week. Book your reservation today as he joins them for dinner service on March 27th. He will feel the inspiration of the Renfrew Valley and create a culinary experience for you to enjoy!

In Minor Hockey: Monday features three home playoff games at the myFM Centre:
- Under 11 House League 3 – Hultink face the Barry’s Bay Bears 3 on Pad 1 at 6:30 p.m.
- Under 13 House League 1 – Charbonneau Grocers host the Pembroke Kings 3, also on Pad 1 at 7:30 p.m.
- Under 15 House League 2 -Shane Croskery Photography play Under 15 House League 1 -Pirie Insulation on Pad 1 at 8:30 p.m.
And in Jr. A Hockey : Game three of the first round playoff series between the Renfrew Wolves and Rockland Nationals is this Thursday at 7:30 p.m. inside the Rockland Arena. The series is tied 1-1. Listen live on 96.1 myFM that evening to catch the action starting with the pregame show at 7:20 p.m.
