One of the individuals stole another vehicle from a home in the area. That vehicle was stopped by the Ottawa Police Service and the driver was arrested. The two other men were arrested without incident shortly after 9 a.m. at a home in the area. Officers received a call from a local resident about two suspicious men. There were no injuries.
