A 44-year-old Shawville man has been arrested and charged after driving high in a stolen car. Upper Ottawa Valley OPP made the traffic stop on Greenwood Road on Saturday, shortly after 8:30am. During the investigation it was found that the involved vehicle had been reported stolen from an address in Shawville. Michael Smith-Doiron is now facing charges of possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 and impaired driving by drugs.
