Today we go house hunting with Will Vincent of Renfrew RE/MAX.
Will’s a third generation real estate agent; his dad and grandmother run the local business. While he was set to join them at RE/MAX down the road, the youngest Vincent says graduating straight out the pandemic changed his timeline quickly.
He’s since hit the ground running as an agent, and says building the necessary connections to get his clients the best deals has come down to teamwork and trust. Having an open and honest line of communication both with the customer and fellow agents makes it easier to find the right fit, even if it might take some time to get the deal done.
Availability is also one of Will’s keys to becoming a rockstar employee, as he understands his line work means working weekends and evenings showing homes to prospective buyers and going over documents to make sure everything lines up.
