The Local Immigration Partnership of Lanark and Renfrew County is offering free intercultural development inventory training.
Manager Jodi Bucholtz says they will do an assessment and measure the intercultural competition of organizations, businesses and individuals.
Groups answer 50 questions to look at the intercultural competency and feedback is provided.

The free intercultural development inventory training is available for residents in Renfrew and Lanark Counties.
The goal of the training is to provide an opportunity to view culture from a variety of different lenses and build a workplace where all employees feel comfortable, valued and equal.
