A telecommunications tower will be built in the Town of Renfrew.
Town planner, Eric Withers says it’ll be located on 281 Mask Road and it’ll lease space for various telecom providers.
Reeve, Peter Emon says he’s glad the tower won’t be an eyesore.
Town council doesn’t have approval authority for this type of construction, as that power lies with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.
