Lochwinnoch spells local and has done so for six generations of Mcgregor’s since 1856. The farm operation grows and markets local strawberries, raspberries, sweet corn, yellow beans and tomatoes as well as cash cropping grains, soybeans and wheat. Spokesperson Ian McGregor says the operation has adapted to all of the required COVID protocols from field to farm stand in its treatment of foreign workers, local staff and service to the customer.
