That is the observation of Karen Maxwell.
Karen didn’t go to school to become a Home Hardware dealer, but saw a great business opportunity and that opportunity has blossomed into a passion that has burned for 26 years.
The biggest challenge of Karen’s current role is also the thing she enjoys the most and that is being forced to wear many hats and move in different directions on a daily basis.
For young women starting in business, Karen cautions against trying to be a ‘Superwoman’ and all things to all people.
