The Township carries 100 percent liability for alcohol sales at the arena.
The Kings will be charged a U-18 rate for practice ice time, but will pay $125 monthly for storage and office space on a year-round basis.
Durocher told Council Wednesday that the new Kings owner had requested the one-year pact, versus the two-year lease previous ownership enjoyed, in case any adjustments need to be made after his first season operating the club.
