It might be a good plan to buy a smaller tube of sunscreen to get you through the summer of 2017. Government meteorologists aren't speculating on rainfall trends, but do advise that the Petawawa station saw 165.6 millimetres of precipitation in May, making it the wettest fifth-month since 1984. Environment Canada says the first two weeks of July should remain a little cooler than normal but believe above normal temperatures may prevail during the latter half of the month.
