HUNDREDS OF HOMES ACROSS THE UPPER END OF THE VALLEY ARE IN THE DARK
6/19/2017 5:20:33 AM

Hundreds of homes are in the dark throughout Horton, Admaston Bromley and into the Upper Ottawa Valley. According to Hydro One's website most households will see the lights restored around lunch time today, however those living in the Barry's Bay and Killaloe area as well as some residents in Brudenell, Lyndoch, Raglan township can expect to remain without power until ten o'clock tonight. At the moment Hydro One has no explanation for the disruption, but it's fair to say high winds associated with yesterday's (Sunday) storm and tornado warnings may have something to do with it. We'll update you with new information as it's made available. In the meantime, crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible.
